[TVARC] Repeater and chirp

Hi!

Got all my settings correct, now 

Gary called and helped me debug the problem.  

As it turned out, settings were minor problem 

The problem was a defective mic on baufang.   

Solution was at hand because I had a spare mic. 

Thanks, Gary for the help!    Helped me find the solution quickly!

Now, I can use me radio for net meetings!
