Mie,

I would, as a last resort, go to his QRZ page and roll over his email address and send him an email asking where he was.  I've done this several times for QSL cards that I had never rec'd.

I would think that the operator would give the POTA ID# on the card.  You could then go to the POTA website and search for the park location.

Credit the QSO to the state where you contacted the POTA operator. If you don't know where the OP was at the time. you can visit POTA.app, search for the OP's callsign, and that will identify the parks he's worked
