[TVARC] Advice for POTA activators in FL

Alert regarding US-1909 - Oscar Scherer State Park - in Osprey, FL. The 
local radio club has been advised that the staff at Oscar Scherer is now 
rigorously enforcing the Florida State Park regulations prohibiting use 
of any antenna ropes, wires, etc. in trees or any stakes in the ground. 
These rules apply to all Florida State Parks but are unevenly enforced. 
The reported justification is that there is a pair of Bald Eagles 
nesting somewhere in the park.
