[TVARC] Having issues with radio.

Thank you everyone for your help.   

It was definitely a helpful education that will assist me when I run into problems again. 

I am embarrassed to say what exactly was the problem.  

As I am running new sdr software, it allows me  access to the rig via the software.   So it's very easy to change settings easily.  Things I normally would not touch because I don't have to cancel be mistakenly adjusted.  

That's exactly what happened.  One of the VFO settings got hit.   I thought I was operating on one, but really was on another.  

Lession learned!  

I got resolved.  Pskreporter is seeing both send and received signals.  Made contacts!

The universe is treating me kindly again.  Lol
