[TVARC] Radio Rodeo article

A huge thank you to Kym, KQ4ZOA who made Radio Rodeo 2025 a success, well
done!  Also a big thank you to all of the members who came out to set up,
operate and tear down on Saturday.  It is no small effort, but the team
made it look easy.  I have posted the article on the web site if you do not
