[TVARC] Ideas for monitoring our neighborhood AED?

In our village, Chitty Chatty, all AEDs are in cabinets locked with a
simple 4-digit combo lock. All of the AED-volunteers in the village,
those most likely to access, know the codes.   Paramedics from 911 bring
their own.  If someone else is desperate enough, they can break the
glass. No real-time monitoring needed. Keep it simple.
