[TVARC] Montserrat update - Saturday

I think I worked you on 20 M around 9PM, 1:36UTC , 14.152, but the QRM was so high I had trouble hearing the exchange. Maybe someday we can look at your log and see if I show up. Thanks for all you guys are doing.
