[TVARC] vertical ant help

I'm new to ham, have gen lic.  I am in Springdale, on erinn #3.  

I have a loop ant running perimeter of my roof and gutters, recep is ok, not
sure if im getting out adequately on 20m and 40m.  Have ic-7300.  

 

Boss is not interested in a flag pole,  But I have a nice palm in back
(nearest course) it looks about 25ft to where fronds start.  I am thinking I
can drop a wire for a vertical ant next to palm (install an eye screw w boat
pulley at required ht), run out radials, etc.  Distance to shack is close to
but under 100ft (have not measured).  I will need a remote tuner.

 

I would like some kind soul to volunteer to help me with my myriad of
questions.  I am hoping someone can help me work thru all the needed steps
and questions, and then be avail for those omg what did I do
