[TVARC] New HAM first NET at Eisenhower

Thank you to the TVARC members who support the 29 new HAMs from the 10/28
Exam in their first NET held at Eisenhower Recreation Center. All 29 got on
the air for there first time as a HAM with the help of our Elmer's;
