[TVARC] Interesting Mail Today

I thought everyone would find this interesting.

I received a QSL card in the mail today from W5JRT in Texas. I thought it
was interesting enough to get a card these days and then read the card was
dated 3/1/09!

Apparently he misplaced my card and it turned up some 15 years later! And
he sent me his.
