[TVARC] Federal Law/Statute Permitting Flagpoles in HOA Communities

There is also a Florida law that permits the display of flags (doesn't
say anything about antennas inside flagpoles). It specifically allows
poles on any property, as long as they don't invade easements, up to a
height of 22 feet. It also includes a list of which flags are permitted
and not challenged. i.e. US, POW, armed forces, etc. Unfortunately, I
can't put my finger on the exact citation at the moment. Just saw it a
few days ago,,,, duh.
