Hi Members of TVARC’s MailList [especially those interested in POTA (Parks on the Air)],

If you’re interested in the ongoing “Parks on the Air” (POTA) activity on the ham bands, then you may be interested in Don Dickey’s (W1VW) books.  Currently, there are three (3) books in his series on POTA (“Successful POTA,” “The POTA Antenna Book,” and “The POTA Operator’s Guide”). Earlier today (June 6, 2024), I discovered those POTA books while logging my contact (QSO) with the author himself!  W1VW was POTA activating Penwood State Park (POTA Park#: US-1706) in Connecticut.
