[TVARC] Signalink USB for sale -get on digital cheap

Here's a simple way to get on digital modes. My no longer used Signalink
USB soundcard interface is selling for $45. It comes with the matching usb
cable and if you're a fan of cheap handhelds (see k2dm recent post), it has
the Baofeng-compatible header to configure the interface.
