[TVARC] DXFC Web Site

I have visited 16 DXCC entities and operated from two - J3 and VP2M.  (I
did have a radio at my company's facility in HZ but could only do SWL due
to a short stay and operating licensing took months.)

Rusty seems to be the champion globetrotter among the group.
