Did anyone else copy and decode the Maritime Radio Historical Society's  crypto transmission by KPH on Saturday?

This is what I got: 

 

CURRENT OP COMPROMISED.  ABORT.  TRAVEL TO ISTANBUL VIA SWISS PASSPORT.

CONTACT AGENT MAX.  DANGER, INSIST ON MOSCOW RULES.  BURN AFTER READING.
