[TVARC] Announcing our new TVARC webmaster and interim Secretary

TVARC members,

I am pleased to announce that, following Article I, Paragraph 6 of the TVARC By-Laws, the TVARC Board of Directors voted to appoint Michael Hissam, N8NBE,
to serve as Secretary for the remainder of the TVARC year (through the February meeting).  I have referred to Michael as the club's public relations
officer for the last couple of years as he has been responsible for arranging with The Villages Daily Sun, WVLG, and VNN to have our public events
publicized.  The video segments on VNN have been particularly effective.  Welcome to the TVARC Board of Directors, Michael.

I am also pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Walbrun, KD8WAA, as our new K4VRC.com webmaster.  Steve has extensive experience managing websites, and
he has already begun to bring our website back up to date following the passing of our former webmaster, Rich, ND4G.  Steve also has some ideas for new
features and enhancements to our site.  Welcome Steve.
