[TVARC] P97USI/P

[Ed Deichler]

This brings to mind the famous P5RS7 some 30 years ago.  It was the biggest
fraud since Don Smith some 50-60 years ago. The operation was perpetrated
by Romeo, UB5RR, who was for a time the darling of the DX community.
