To all fellow club members:

I have been playing around with Microsoft Copilot which is AI driven and
responds to questions presented to it. It is amazing technology. I have
asked really complicated questions and the responses are always
informative, quick, and simply amazing. *Today, I requested a brief poem
about FT8, and it delivered this response today in less than 30 seconds!*

*In the quiet of the shack, the screen aglow,
Whispers of the world come in a digital flow.
Signals leap through the ether, far and wide,
On the wings of FT8, they effortlessly glide.

A symphony of beeps, a rhythm so discreet,
Fifteen seconds of magic, a cycle complete.
>From distant lands to the operator's seat,
FT8 connects the globe, making strangers meet.

With minimal power, the messages soar,
Over mountains and oceans, they explore.
In the dance of frequencies, they find their tune,
Beneath the sun, the stars, and the moon.

The ham takes their seat, a pilot in the night,
Navigating waves of data, in the absence of light.
FT8, the mode of choice, so robust and clear,
Uniting hearts and minds, bringing them near.*

*So here's to the hams, with their ears to the sky,        May your
signals keep flying, ever high.                  For in this digital
age, you've found a key,             FT8, the bridge over the radio
sea.*
