[TVARC] Montserrat status

Well, it’s an adventure. Yesterday I flew to Antigua and spent the night there. This morning my flight to Montserrat was delayed over an hour due to an engine not starting. After finally getting here after noon, I started setting up the radio. I couldn’t even see if it turned on, because the power went out on the island. There is only a slight chance that I will get on the air at all today.
