[TVARC] 6m FT8. opening

For those of you not in the CQWW WPX CW contest, 6m FT8 has activity.
Nothing really exotic yet but I was called by CU3EQ in the Azores, and
wasn't able to finish the contact, but thats encouraging to know my signal
made it there..
