[TVARC] Hustler 6BTV vertical as flagpole

Rick,

It would be better to put the 6BTV inside PVC with a cap on the top drilled
out for the 80M stinger.  I installed a small eyebolt at the top and fixed
a small pulley to raise and lower a flag.  The antenna is hidden enough to
keep the vigilantes away.
