[TVARC] K3ZGA is a Silent Key

TVARC is much the poorer with the loss of Bob.  A friend to all, a help to
many.

We'll miss him.  RIP buddy.

We lost a good friend this morning. Bob Schwer, K3ZGA, passed away
peacefully. Bob was a fixture at TVARC events, especially promoting CW. His
hands-on CW demonstration was always a huge hit with the kids at Camp
Villages.
A celebration of life for Bob will be held at a later date.
RIP my friend.
