[TVARC] 13 Colonies clean sweep

All,

Well, that was easy. From yesterday at 2005z when I started, until 1943z 
today, I got the clean sweep.
I had to work K2C (RI), and K2E (DE) twice because I didn't get an RR73 
or a RRR from either of them on FT4, or FT8. I got them on 17m USB and 
20m USB respectively. And K2B (VA) was worked twice for the heck of it 
on 20m FT4, and 40m FT8.
The three bonus stations TM13COL, GB13COL, and WM3PEN were all easy, 
peaszy.
