[TVARC] NAQP SSB K2PS Single Op HP

This score is a tad below my usual standards, and I hadn't intended to get
in at all, but this contest came at a terrific time!

We had family from NJ staying with us over the weekend: my sister-in-law,
her two daughters, and their long-time boyfriends.  We had a great time
golfing, playing pickleball, even attending a trivia contest at one of The
Villages many clubs.  But the young guys (20-somethings) saw my radio (in
the laundry room), and was intrigued.  So I fired it up on SSB (after
finding and dusting off the microphone) for a demo, and lo and behold, the
NAQP SSB Contest was in progress.  So I fired up the amp (despite the 100W
limit since I wasn't going to enter the log) and called CQ.  Well, the
pileup got pretty deep, and as competitive as these guys are, I think maybe,
just maybe, I've got a hook into them to maybe pursue our aging hobby.
Unfortunately, I had to cut it short since we were planning to go somewhere
with the whole family, but perhaps a seed has been planted.
