[TVARC] 20' Greyline Flagpole Antenna

I'm am considering installing a Greystone 20' Flagpole antenna at my home.   I'm am looking for any feedback from those familiar with or have used this antenna.

How has the performance been?
What is used for a Remote tuner?
How difficult was the installation process?
How was your dealings with the Company?
