[TVARC] Arc Fault Breaker

You may be missing a not so obvious point.
After pressing the "TEST" function verifying that the breaker is 
working, you need to actually flip the breaker switch completely to the 
"OFF" position. Then, and ONLY then you will be able to turn it back 
"ON".
In other words, there is a middle state for the (AFCI) breaker switches.
I believe it works the same way for the more standard GFI type circuit 
breakers, BTW.
Any circuit breaker with a "TEST" switch.
