[TVARC] How to distinguish when a DXpedition uses FT8 Fox/Hound (F/H) mode and when it uses Multistream (MSHV)

I had a contact with this guy without getting a RR73 back on the 12th.
My call never showed up in his clublog. I finally got him tonight, and
with an RR73.
