[TVARC] More LOTW Log Issues

Okay, it is happening again and wonder if anyone here is using Ham Radio
Deluxe (HRD) for logging and uploading to LOTW. I use HRD for rig control
(IC-7300) using a WIN11 PC. I previously sent out the note below.
Thinking it was a "one time deal" and it seemed to be working correctly
(not), the problem has returned. I cannot contemplate where the error
could be -- my logbook entries are correct and I upload them to LOTW via
the HRD capability to do that (highlight the entries to be uploaded and
click on "Upload"). It started giving me a sprinkling of "Cross" entry
errors for the "Band" on 03/31/23. I wish to check it out here on TVARC
reflector before I get involved with the other broader reflectors "LOTW,
HRD, etc.) where I would get much off-topic remarks/suggestions/advice.

This time, I made an actual "ADI" file from the "problem" HRD logbook
entries with the correct information, rather than the built-in HRD Logbook
capability, and manually uploaded it to LOTW. The new upload to LOTW of
that ADI file put correct entries in LOTW for my latest "Band" errors.
Anticipating continued problems, I wish to get it working correctly.

So, a lot of words - just want to know if anyone else is having this issue.

I sent a previous note to this reflector as follows:
"As those who use LOTW know, recently there have been some long delays in
LOTW updates. It looks like the problem is solved as of today and the load
times are very short (minutes rather than days). I did pick up a problem
today when I viewed my LOTW "logbook" once the LOTW system settled down.
The problem seemed to happen during the recent period when LOTW seemed to
have "problems" and long update times.

Several times over the last week LOTW showed several of my "logbook"
entries as "Cross" in the Band column, rather than the true Band.
Consequently, I had to re-load those particular entries. Not a problem. I
had never had this happen before after years of use of LOTW with my true
HRD logbook. Of course, having duplicate entries in LOTW means nothing
since LOTW is only a "matching system" rather than a true "logbook".

I am using the logbook capability inherent in Ham Radio Deluxe."
