[TVARC] Radio Rodeo April 15

Good morning,

Radio Rodeo, TVARC's public operating event at Brownwood Paddock Square, is
less than one week away - April 15.

Attached is a list of equipment that is needed along with the names of the
club members who are bringing each item.

There is one item on the list, a table, which we noted that "Ken" is
bringing.  If you are the Ken who volunteered to bring a table, please let
me know.

If anyone who volunteered to bring something will not be able to do so,
please let me know right away.

 

Remember that the Farmers' Market takes place in Brownwood the same day as
Radio Rodeo.  The Market takes precedence, but we will be allowed to drive
up

West Torch Lake Road to the square at 7:00 AM to drop off our equipment.
After we unload, we need go park away from the square proper.  There are
usually spaces back down West Torch Lake Road.

If you are not bringing anything, for example you are just coming to help
set up, park in available parking and come on into the square.

 

It will be great if those of us who have TVARC shirts and hats would wear
them to the event.
