[TVARC] Assistance with a Yaesu VX-7R ht Rochester NY

Are there any snowbird club members who live in Rochester NY, and are still
there???  We have a club mate, Doug K1CTR  who has a Yaseu VX7R ht and
needs help programming it.  He tried contacting the local club, but got no
response... Any assistance, or contact info would be appreciated.
