[TVARC] flagpole damage

Hi John.  I have a 6BTV inside a PVC flagpole.  I took the flag down a
couple days before Nicole hit to reduce wind loading.  No damage here. 
Several years ago, a microburst came throught and bent the antenna.  It
was totally unexpected and the flag did not help.  (A neighbor lost a
palm tree in the blast.)  I had to get a replacement base support from DX
Engineering.
