I had the same frustration a few days ago when I kept trying to complete
the contact with them.  I saw a post yesterday that said "log and go, no
RR73" which is not a legit contact.

This morning I tried to catch them again on 40.  This time, I got an
"RR73" to complete it.  Maybe one of the ops did not know what he was
doing when I tried earlier.

Good luck chasing them.
