[TVARC] T33T

When I worked him, I did get pulled down to his frequency.  I then kept calling, waiting for that RR73, and after a few calls I got bumped up 300Hz.  I can’t recall the F/H protocol that talks about that second frequency change, but I have to think that the contact is valid.  ARRL may need to jump in here and validate (or not), QSOs with no 73s.

I think that, until we hear otherwise, we should count T33T if we got a report.  We can always remove him later.

Well, I just joined the NO-73 Club.  Not only that, but the DX station did not pull me down below 1000, even though I was in hound mode.  I guess all we can do is check for an upload to Club Log, and if that fails, we’ll just keep calling them.

While I have them in the log, it just doesn't
