[TVARC] Annual Communications Test with Amateur Station WX4NHC at the National Hurricane Center on May 28, 2022

Hi Members of TVARC’s MailList (especially those interested in emergency communications, Skywarn, etc.),

The amateur radio station (callsign WX4NHC, at the National Hurricane Center (NHC), in Miami, FL, will be conducting its annual communications test with interested ham operators on May 28, 2022. The purpose of this event is to test WX4NHC's amateur radio equipment at the NHC as well as your (other ham operators) equipment, antennas, & computers prior to this year's Hurricane Season, which starts June 1st and runs through November 30th.  Obviously, this event is good practice for ham radio operators world-wide to practice Amateur Radio communications available during times of severe weather.
