[TVARC] VU4W-Any Luck?

This station appears to be a one-man operation without an amplifier or
beams based on the spots I've seen.  No luck hearing him here, and FT8
spots are also fruitless based on no decodes.  The last major dxpedition
was in 2014 around Thanksgiving with VU4KV.  Andaman & Nicobar is a
restricted area so it takes some effort to get permission to set up and
operate.

Oh well, keep trying.
