[TVARC] FT8 Issue

If I understand your issue, I can get my "WSJT-X Wide-Graph" band display
down to 100 using the controls for the graph.  I saw a Russian station down
there working a US station. I now see a station centered at 150.  Perhaps I
don't understand your issue.
