[TVARC] Do you have a house to rent?

We have a Villager friend (a heterosexual couple)  who has lived here full time for the past 16 years. The house they are renting is being sold. Yuk.
   They are looking to rent, year round, long term. Three bedroom; enclosed Lanai and flagpole antenna is a plus. They can afford up to $24,000 per year if need be.
