[TVARC] Field Day operating sign-up sheet

Yep, I finally got around to it:  here is a sign-up sheet for when you might
like to operate one of more of the Field Day stations.

Please put down your call next to the hours you want to operate and place an
X indicating which station you want to operate during each hour.  Then send
the file back to me.  I will do the best I can to accommodate your times.
This year we have more flexibility than last year because we have separate
CW and SSB stations.
