[TVARC] Villages Spotting Network

As some of you recall, I started a spotting network, a few years ago, for Villager area hams. 
TVARC has gratuitously added a link on their website to submit a request to join our network. I thank TVARC for adding this link that has already made it easier for local hams to join our network.
This network is dedicated to spotting rare, unique and difficult contacts throughout the world. We try to only spot stations we work from this area. But, we also recognize that a unique station to a person with 200+ countries might be different to those with less than 100 countries worked. We try to accommodate everyone.  We also spot for all modes of operation - digital, CW, SSB ETC.
