[TVARC] FW: Items needed for Field Day

Clubmates,

As we discussed at our last meeting, we need a LOT of stuff to pull off a successful Field Day this month.  I have attached a first draft of a list of items along with who has volunteered to bring them.  Many of the items have my callsign next to them, some because I have inventory at The Land to borrow, and some because I will pick things up at the TVARC storage locker.  Still, there are a number of items that we will need for which we do not yet have a volunteer to provide.  I ask that you look at the attached spreadsheet, see what you are willing to provide, and send an email to me so that I can update the list.  Note that if you can bring a “station”, that includes the entire station:  radio, power supply, logging computer, connecting cables, etc.

We will discuss the list at our June TVARC meeting.  We will also talk about a schedule for getting antennas and stations set up on the Friday and Saturday of the Field Day weekend.  At some point between now and then we will also set up an operating schedule for each of the stations.

If you can think of items that I have missed, and I am sure there are some, please let me know.
