With the weather Saturday morning in the 30s with 14mph winds, there was no
way I was golfing.  So, let's check out the contest situation.  My high
school French teacher would be proud that I chose the REF French CW contest.
This one is the world working France, with multipliers being the des
départements français.  These are like counties.  Also add in French
possessions.

It's pretty much an S&P contest.  I did try a few times to call CQ, and did
get a few responses, but not enough to keep my interest.  Couldn't hear,
much less work anyone on 80 with my 40m antenna, but I did catch a 10m
opening to Europe on Saturday morning.
