[TVARC] This weekends contests

It was a crazy weekend. I believe there was a solar flare of some
significant magnitude causing some weird effects with propagation. So, in
spite of the Solar Flux numbers being high, it dropped from triple digits
into the 90's just in time for the weekend activities.

Both contests were more like sprints in that one contest was for only 12
hours in duration (NAQP) and the other ran for 24 hours (BARTG RTTY).
