[TVARC] Jumped from Win 10 to Win 11

OK, I will play the dumb one here . . . 

I have also been using Meinberg NTP for a great many years. However, I am not seeing the ability of connecting the Win 11 OS to make use of it. I have it installed and running as a service, but as far as I can tell, it is running independently of the PC. Ken says it works well with Win 11; so how is it done?
