[TVARC] 220/240v Outlet (?)

If you had good luck in dealing with Pikes,
I'd stay with them. Actually you are probably
in pretty good shape staying with any original
contractors, assuming they are continuing to do
business in the Villages.

If their quality has met Villages standards
and continues to do so, you are most probably
dealing with a pretty reputable company.
