[TVARC] Balloon end fed

I think I've heard of the fellow in Ohio.  He has done a lot of work with
high-altitude balloons and amateur transponders and ham gear.  I remember
he provided technical expertise to the Nashua Area Radio Club years ago
when members launched a transponder and needed to reliably track where it
was going so it could be retrieved.

Always amazed at how small ham radio makes the world...
