[TVARC] ARRL 10m Contest Tips & Tricks

Howdy all -

Attached is a Mexican States List cross-referenced between Wikipedia and
the ARRL Multiplier Check-Off List in case you're like me and don't know
which Mexican state is which "section" - believed to be correct but if
anyone sees any errors Let Us All Know, thanks.

(Decoding the accent over to the correct state name is another smoke, youre
on your own on that one ... HI)
