Hi folks,
We have a piece of equipment that has a
battery compartment made out of cast
aluminum. Like most devices that are not
used very often, the battery was ignored
and leaked.
It is an alkyne battery. Does anyone know
of anything that dissolves or breaks down
this kind of corrosion so we can at least get
the battery out and this thing cleaned it up?
(good reason to remove batteries from
infrequently used pieces of equipment
like antenna analyzers and such)
