[TVARC] K2TE, WWDIGI Low Power, Unassisted

I had a chance to spend most of the past weekend on the air so I opted to
tackle this one.  Set up was a snap since N1MM+ and WSJT-X play together
nicely.  As expected, lot of activity on FT4 vs FT8 since it is faster. 
Not as much DX as I would have liked for more points/QSO.

Unrelated to this, I just saw several emails that the solar flux is a
whopping 252, over 100 points above a day ago.  Checking the WWV numbers
verifies this is indeed the case.  Such a huge jump so quickly could mean
a lot of solar vomit messing up the measurement systems, hi.  Hope it
holds for a while though so we can work the far east with our PW stations
on the high bands.
