Just worked Eddy, XV1X for a FLATNO (Florida All-Time New One).  He is
quite strong at -4 to -6 here and working regular FT8 (no F/H).  He was
on yesterday at this time, also quite strong.

I checked his QRZ.COM page and what a fasinating character.  He is in
poor health and is legally blind.  He has an impressive spread of
antennas that many locals helped him put up.  Getting a QSL requires
working through PayPal but I'm not in a hurry for one.

Good luck working him.
