[TVARC] FT 8 on a Mac?

I use FT8 on my Mac OS, but have been using the Flex Radio SmartSDR program, rather than WSJT-X. I started up WSJT-X today and got the same error that you do. The posts i see about “Shared Memory Error” all point to doing the shared memory adjustment in the readme file, but I haven’t experimented with it myself. It sounds like you are on the right track, though.
